第2代ロンダ女子爵マーガレット・ヘイグ・マックワース（英語: Margaret Haig Mackworth, 2nd Viscountess Rhondda、出生名マーガレット・ヘイグ・トマス（Margaret Haig Thomas）、1883年 6月12日 – 1958年 7月20日）は、イギリスの貴族。実業家でサフラジェット（女性参政権運動家）であり、貴族院における女性参政権運動に尽力した。最晩年に1958年一代貴族法が可決され、死去して3か月後の1958年10月には貴族院ではじめて女性議員が就任した。

^ ハンガー・ストライキを行うサフラジェットに対し、当局は最初強制加食をもって応じたが、世論は反発した^[9]。そこで政府は法改正して、ハンガー・ストライキをする囚人の健康が悪化すると釈放し、回復すると再逮捕するようにした^[10]。釈放した後に再逮捕するという制度と猫がねずみで遊んでる様子と似ていることから「猫とねずみ法」（'Cat and Mouse' Act）と呼ばれた^[11]。この法改正も事態の改善には至らず、政府が女性を繰り返し投獄する様子に世論が反発した^[11]。
