M・E・サロッティ（Mary Elise Sarotte、1968年-）は、アメリカ合衆国の歴史学者。ジョンズ・ホプキンス大学高等国際関係大学院教授。専門は、ヨーロッパ国際政治史、冷戦史。
ハーヴァード大学卒業。イェール大学で博士号取得。ホワイトハウス、外交問題評議会、ケンブリッジ大学、ノートルダム大学、南カリフォルニア大学を経て、2019年から現職。
