レスター・ウィリアム・ポルスファス（Lester William Polsfuss、1915年6月9日 - 2009年8月12日）は、レス・ポール（Les Paul）の名で知られるアメリカのギタリスト、発明家。ギブソン初のソリッドボディーのエレクトリック・ギター、「ギブソン・レスポール」の生みの親である。
