ローラ・プレポン(Laura Prepon, 1980年3月7日 - )はアメリカ合衆国ニュージャージー州出身の女優である。1998年に始まったアメリカ・FOXテレビのコメディドラマ『ザット'70sショー』（原題：That '70s Show）のドナ・ピンチオッティ(Donna Pinciotti)役で知られる他、2007年から『ホームタウン 〜僕らの再会〜』（ホームタウン ぼくらのさいかい、原題：October Road）にハンナ役で出演、また2013年に始まり、Netflixオリジナル・ドラマにおいて最も視聴された『オレンジ・イズ・ニュー・ブラック』(原題：Orange Is the New Black：OITNB)では主人公の元恋人アレックス・ヴァウス（Alex Vause）を演じ話題になる。2018年現在シーズン6まで配信されているこのドラマは、2016年2月にシーズン７までの制作が決定された。さらに同年、スリラー映画ガール・オン・ザ・トレインで、主人公の友人・キャシー役で出演した。
