クロトニルフェンタニル（英：Crotonylfentanyl）は、フェンタニル類縁体およびシクロプロピルフェンタニルの構造異性体であるオピオイド鎮痛薬であり^[1]、デザイナードラッグとしてオンラインで販売されている^[2]^[3]。2019年12月、国連薬物犯罪事務所（UNODC）はクロトニルフェンタニルをスケジュールIに指定する勧告を発表した^[4]。
