3F-PiHPまたは3F-α-PiHPは、置換カチノン系に属する娯楽用デザイナードラッグであり、精神刺激作用を有する。2019年中頃にスウェーデンとフィンランドで初めて確認され^[1]、2019年8月にフィンランドで違法になった^[2]。
