ロバーツ・コート

ロバーツ・コート（Roberts Court）は、ジョン・ロバーツが首席判事（長官）を務めている2005年以降のアメリカ合衆国最高裁判所を指している。一般にこの前のレンキスト・コートよりも保守的であり、また1940年代から1950年代初頭のヴィンソン・コート以来最も保守的な最高裁と考えられている。これは穏健派のサンドラ・デイ・オコナーとアンソニー・ケネディが引退、リベラル派のルース・ベイダー・ギンズバーグが在任中に死去し、彼らの後任にサミュエル・アリート、ブレット・カバノー、エイミー・コニー・バレットが指名されたことによる[1]。
