1970年のボーラ・サイクロン（英：1970 Bhola cyclone）とは、1970年 11月12日に東パキスタンのボーラ地方（今日のバングラデシュ）とインドの西ベンガル州を襲ったサイクロンである。ベンガル・デルタ地帯の標高が低い島々が高潮に襲われ、これを主な原因としてもっとも控えめな見積でも20万5000人以上、最大50万人と推定される人命が失われ、サイクロンとしては史上最大級の犠牲者を出した。近代以降の自然災害全般の中でも最悪のものの一つである。この被害が余りに激甚であったことが直接的な契機の一つとなって、以後パキスタンは内戦状態に陥り、翌年バングラデシュが独立した。
