心電図

心電図（しんでんず、英: electrocardiogram, ECG、独: Elektrokardiogramm, EKG）は、心臓の電気的な活動の様子をグラフの形に記録することで、心疾患の診断と治療に役立てるものである。心臓のみの筋電図とも言える。電気生理学的検査の代表的なものであり、日常診療で広く利用されている。
