マクロファージコロニー刺激因子

マクロファージコロニー刺激因子（マクロファージコロニーしげきいんし、macrophage colony-stimulating factor；M-CSF）またはコロニー刺激因子1（colony stimulating factor 1；CSF1）は、造血幹細胞をマクロファージやその他の関連細胞に分化させる分泌型サイトカインである。また、真核細胞は、細胞間のウイルス感染に対抗するためにM-CSFを産生する。M-CSFは、実験的に報告されている3つのコロニー刺激因子の内の1つである。M-CSFは、コロニー刺激因子1受容体に結合する。また、M-CSFは胎盤の形成にも関与している可能性がある[5]。
