ヴィノド・アガワル（Vinod K. Aggarwal, 1953年11月26日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治学者、カリフォルニア大学バークレー校政治学部教授、および同大学バークレーAPEC研究センター所長。アメリカ合衆国の貿易政策、企業戦略、国際貿易制度、グローバリゼーション、国際債務問題、国際政治経済学、国際関係論の専門家である。彼の研究関心には、貿易の国際政治、国際金融、比較公共政策、合理的選択論、交渉理論が含まれる。彼は、シスコシステムズ、ヒューレット・パッカード、クアルコム、ネスレなどの民間企業や、アメリカ商務省、世界貿易機関、経済協力開発機構、国際労働機関、アセアン、世界銀行などの公共部門との共同研究を通して、これらの領域について研究を進めている。

ワシントン州シアトル生まれ。1975年、ミシガン大学で政治学と心理学の学士号を取得。スタンフォード大学で国際政治経済学を専攻し、修士号（1977年）と博士号（1981年）を取得した。
