アシュタール（Ashtar、アシュター・シーラン（Ashtar Sheran）と呼ばれることもある）は、多くの人がチャネリングしたと主張する地球外生命体またはグループの名前である。彼らから最初のメッセージを受け取ったのは、1952年UFOコンタクティであるジョージ・ヴァン・タッセルだと言われている。[1][2][3][4]。アシュタールムーブメントは、UFO宗教の顕著な形として研究されている。
