国家映画賞 メイクアップ賞（こっかえいがしょう メイクアップしょう、National Film Award for Best Make-up）は、国家映画賞の賞の一つ。第54回国家映画賞から創設され、その年のインド映画において最も優秀なメイクアップアーティストに贈られる。受賞者には銀蓮像、賞状、賞金5万ルピーが贈られていたが、第70回国家映画賞から賞金が20万ルピーに増額された[1]。第69回国家映画賞までは「国家映画賞 メイクアップアーティスト賞（National Film Award for Best Make-up Artist）」の名称で選出されていた。
