マーカス・フレミング（John Marcus Fleming、1911年 - 1976年2月3日）は、アメリカの経済学者。IMF調査局の副局長であり、専門は国際経済学（国際マクロ経済学）、国際金融論である。マンデルとほぼ同時に、マンデル＝フレミング・モデルと言われるモデルを打ち立てたことで有名である。

業績

• IMF調査局の副局長として長く活躍した。
• ロバート・マンデルとほぼ同時に、現在、国際経済学の教科書に載っているマンデル＝フレミング・モデルを考案した。
