デブラ・アン・"デブ"・ハーランド（英語：Debra Anne "Deb" Haaland、1960年12月2日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治家、弁護士。現在はジョー・バイデン政権で内務長官を務めている。かつてニューメキシコ州1区選出の連邦下院議員を務めた。2018年11月6日にシャリス・デイビッズと共にネイティブ・アメリカンの女性として初めて連邦議会議員に選出された。ニューメキシコ州民主党の元委員長でもある。
