アングロ・チェロキー戦争（Anglo-Cherokee War、チェロキー語では「赤いコートを着た人たちとの戦争」「イギリス人との戦争」の意の言葉で呼ばれる）は、フレンチ・インディアン戦争中の1758年から1761年にかけて、北米のイギリス軍とチェロキー族との間で起こった紛争である。白人の視点からはチェロキー戦争（Cherokee War）、チェロキーの蜂起（Cherokee Uprising）、チェロキーの反乱（Cherokee Rebellion）とも呼ばれる。

イギリス軍とチェロキー族は、戦争開始時には同盟関係にあったが、お互いに相手の裏切りを疑っていた。イギリス系アメリカ人の入植者と、入植者が侵食した村落のチェロキー族の戦士との間の緊張関係は、1750年代に高まり、1758年には公然と敵対するに至った。
