ストレス管理（ストレスかんり、Stress management、ストレスマネジメント）とは、個人のストレスレベルをコントロールする技術や心理療法を指す幅広い概念である。ストレス管理は、人々の日常生活を改善する事を目的にしている。具体的な技法については、「ストレス管理#技法」を参照。
