『X-MEN:ファースト・ジェネレーション』（X-Men: First Class）は、マーベル・コミックのヒーローチーム「X-メン」をベースとした、2011年のアメリカ合衆国のスーパーヒーロー映画。監督はマシュー・ヴォーンが務め、ジェームズ・マカヴォイ、マイケル・ファスベンダー、ローズ・バーン、ジェニファー・ローレンス、ケヴィン・ベーコンらが出演する。「X-MEN」フランチャイズでは『ウルヴァリン:X-MEN ZERO』（2009年）に続く5作目で、新シリーズの1作目である。

『X-MEN: ファースト・ジェネレーション』ではニコラス・ホルトがハンク・マッコイを演じた。ハンクは15歳のときにハーバード大学を卒業し、CIAで研究者として働いていたときにチャールズ・エグゼビアたちと出会った。この時の彼は足だけが獣のように変化しており、同じく自分の姿にコンプレックスを抱いていたミスティークと恋に落ち、彼女の血清を利用して普通の人間の姿に戻す薬を作ることを決意する。しかし出来上がった薬には欠陥があり、その結果ハンクの全身は青い獣人の姿に変化し、ビーストと呼ばれるようになった。ハンクはこの他にもブラックバードやセレブロのプロトタイプを設計した。
