自己免疫疾患（じこめんえきしっかん、英: Autoimmune disease）とは、異物を認識し排除するための役割を持つ免疫系が、自分自身の正常な細胞や組織に対してまで過剰に反応し攻撃を加えてしまうことで症状を起こす、免疫寛容の破綻による疾患の総称。
