グラム・リーチ・ブライリー法（Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act（GLB、GLBA）、1999年金融サービス近代化法（Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999））は、1999年11月12日に制定されたアメリカ合衆国の連邦法である。商業銀行業務や投資銀行業務、保険業務の兼業を禁止するために1933年に制定されたグラス・スティーガル法の一部を無効にするための法律で、第106連邦議会にて成立した。
