負の質量

負の質量（ふのしつりょう、negative mass）は、通常の物質の質量と反対の符号を持つ物質の質量を意味する、理論物理学の仮説上の概念である。
- ^ 同一の質量の物体2個という場合を考えるとナンセンスにも見えるが、巨大ブラックホールと素粒子というような極端に質量が違う物体が、極端に離れている場合など、自明とも言えないようにも見える。たとえば実例として、パイオニア・アノマリーの原因の検討では、そのような重力と質量の理論の修正の適用が議論された。
