モデスト・P・サオノイ（Modesto P. Sa-onoy、1938年 - ）は、フィリピンの歴史家・ジャーナリスト。主にネグロス島の歴史を専門としている。主な著作に『西ネグロス州史』など。「ネグロス歴史委員会」会長などを歴任[1]。
