オペレーション・マネジメント（英語：Operations Management）とは、経営管理論の内、業務の遂行と実行に関する分野である[1]。生産プロセスの設計と管理、および、財やサービスの生産活動の再設計に関する領域が含まれる[2]。企業活動において、最小限の資源を有効に活用できているか（効率性）と顧客の要求に応えられているか（有効性）を探求する。第一義的には、オペレーション・マネジメントには、生産活動や工場運営、サービス提供のための計画と組織運営、監督が含まれる[3]。
