食物アレルギー

食物アレルギー（しょくもつアレルギー、英語: Food allergy）は、原因食物を摂取した後に免疫学的機序を介して起こる生体にとって不利益な症状（皮膚、粘膜、消化器、呼吸器、アナフィラキシー反応など）である。食品によっては、アナフィラキシーショックを発症して命にかかわることもある。一部の集団では、後にアトピー性皮膚炎、喘息へと進展するというアレルギー・マーチの仮説の最初のアレルギー反応である。
