チョウジ（丁子、丁字）またはクローブ（英: Clove）は、フトモモ科の樹木チョウジノキ（学名：Syzygium aromaticum）の香りのよい花蕾である。原産地はインドネシアのモルッカ群島であり[3]、香辛料として一般的に使われるほか、生薬としても使われる。漢名に従って丁香（ちょうこう）とも呼ばれる。
