ヴィクトリー (HMS Victory) は、イギリス海軍の104門1等戦列艦。1805年のトラファルガーの海戦においてホレーショ・ネルソン提督が座乗、旗艦として仏西連合艦隊の脇腹を突くべく艦隊の先鋒を務めていたことで知られる。他にもウェサン島の海戦でのオーガスタス・ケッペル提督や、スパルテル岬の海戦（英語版）でのリチャード・ハウ提督、サン・ビセンテ岬の海戦でのジョン・ジャーヴィス提督ら、多くの提督の座乗艦であった。
