ライフタイム （英: Lifetime）とは、アメリカ合衆国の有料テレビ局で、ハースト コミュニケーションズおよびウォルト・ディズニー・カンパニーが共同所有するA+Eネットワークスの子会社ライフタイム ・エンターテイメント・サービスィズの一部門である[1][2]。女性を対象とした、または女性が主演する番組制作に特徴がある。2016年1月現在、アメリカでは9380万世帯に受信されている。
