ポリアデニル化(ポリアデニルか、英語: Polyadenylation)はRNAにポリA鎖(poly-A tail)を付加することである。ポリA鎖は多数のAMPから構成されており、RNAをアデニン塩基で伸長することに相当する。真核生物では、ポリアデニル化は翻訳可能な成熟mRNAを生産するために不可欠であり、広い意味では遺伝子発現過程の一部であるといえる。
