トラベクテジン（trabectedin）は抗腫瘍薬の一つ。Ecteinascidin 743（エクテイナシジン743、エクチナサイジン743、エクテイナスシジン743）あるいはET-743としても知られている。ゼルティアおよびJohnson & Johnsonによって、Yondelisのブランド名で販売されている。トラベクテジンは、進行性軟部肉腫 (soft tissue sarcoma) に対する治療での使用が、ヨーロッパ、ロシア、大韓民国で認可されている。また、乳がん、前立腺がん、小児肉腫に対する治験が行われている。欧州委員会およびアメリカ食品医薬品局 (FDA) は、トラベクテジンを軟部肉腫および卵巣がんに対する希少疾病用医薬品として認めている[1]。
2009年11月、欧州委員会は、27のEU加盟国およびノルウェー、アイスランド、リヒテンシュタインにおける、白金系抗がん剤感受性の再発性卵巣がんの女性に対するトラベクテジンとペグ化リポソームドキソルビシン (Doxil, Caelyx) との併用治療の商品化を、PharmaMarに対して認可した[2]。
