ハロウェルはファーミングデールの町と共にホール・デール教育システムが管轄しており、ケネベック・イントラ教育学区地域ユニット2に属している。地域ユニット2にはその他にドレスデン、モンマス、リッチモンドの町が属している。
ハロウェルとファーミングデールでは下記の3つの学校を運営している。
