ハンボルト郡（ハンボルトぐん、英: Humboldt County）は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州の郡である。サンフランシスコから北に300kmの北部海岸に位置する。人口は13万6463人（2020年）[2]。郡庁はユーレカに置かれている。他の主要都市はカリフォルニア州立大学ハンボルト校のあるアーケータ。郡内の都市や町は華美なビクトリア様式建築の豊富な例があることで知られている。
