Exstream(エクストリーム)は、カスタマーコミュニケーションマネジメントソフトウェア製品。現在はOpenTextが提供するCustomer Experience Managementソリューションの一環として同社の Experience Suite でCCM機能を提供するものと位置付けられ、OpenText Exstream と称されている。
- ^ 2人は1996年に Pitney Bowesが買収したPDR Advanced Technologyを設立し、後にEngageOne Enrichmentと改称されたStreamWeaverを開発したことでも知られている
- ^ バージョン番号と機能拡張の大きさは必ずしも一致していない点には注意が必要である。例えばContainer Design機能は8.5で、Add-Inは9.5で導入されている。 OpenTextの体系に沿った16.2以降は、Enhancement Packと称する16.xとして機能拡張が提供されている。
