仏米同盟条約（ふつべいどうめいじょうやく、アメリカ合衆国では単に同盟条約、英: Treaty of Alliance (1778)、仏: Traité d'alliance (1778)、またはフランスとの同盟条約、英: The Treaty of Alliance with France、仏: Traité d'alliance franco-américaine、と呼ばれる）は、アメリカ独立戦争の最中に結ばれたフランスとアメリカ合衆国の間の防衛同盟である。
