メッケル憩室（メッケルけいしつ）は真の先天性憩室である。これは、出生時に存在する小腸の小さな膨らみであり、卵黄嚢の痕跡である。消化管の最も一般的な奇形であり、人口の約2%に存在する[1]。症状を呈する例は男性に多い。
