レノックス伯爵夫人マーガレット・ダグラス（Margaret Douglas, Countess of Lennox, 1515年 10月8日 – 1578年 3月7日）は、スコットランド王ジェームズ4世の未亡人（Queen dowager）マーガレット・テューダーと、その2番目の夫・第6代アンガス伯アーチボルド・ダグラス（英語版）の娘で、スコットランド王ジェームズ5世の異父妹であり、イングランド王ヘンリー7世の外孫。

^ グリニッジ条約をスコットランド議会が拒否したことによって起きたイングランド-スコットランド間の戦争。ヘンリー8世の嫡子エドワードと幼いスコットランド女王メアリーの結婚によって、イングランドがスコットランド王位を得ようという目論見だった。
^ マーガレットは夫マシューとの間に8子をもうけたが、成長したのはヘンリーとチャールズの2人だけだった。
