ジェームズタウン（英: Jamestown）は、アメリカ合衆国ニューヨーク州の西部、シャトークア郡南西端にある都市である。2010年国勢調査での人口は31,146 人だった。北西のエリー湖と南のアリゲイニー国立の森の間に位置し、シャトークア郡では人口最大の自治体である。近くにあるシャトークア湖は淡水湖であり、釣り人、ボートを楽しむ人、自然愛好家に親しまれている。シャトークア・インスティテューションは約17マイル (27 km) 離れた所にあり、夏の9週間で、音楽、演劇、授業と講義を提供している。
