シュードウリジン (英: pseudouridine、ギリシャ文字のΨや英文字のQで略記される)[1] は、ヌクレオシドであるウリジンの異性体。リボース環とウラシルの間のグリコシド結合のN-C結合がC-C結合に置き換わっている。RNAに知られている100を超える修飾塩基としては最も一般的で[2]、Ψはすべての生物種、ほとんどのRNAに見出されている[3][4]。
