サントフォワの戦い （Battle of Sainte-Foy）は、フレンチ・インディアン戦争の期間中の1760年4月に、カナダのケベック・シティーで行われたフランスとイギリスの戦闘である。ケベック奪還を試みたフランスが、イギリスに勝利した。
