グレーマーケット（Gray market、類義語の並行輸入と時々混同される[1][2]）は合法的な流通チャンネルを通じているが元の製造メーカーが意図していない商品の取引である。グレーマーケットの商品は元は製造メーカーか認定代理店によって販売されていた商品であるが再販業者と製造メーカーとの間で結ばれた契約条項の対象外である。米国連邦最高裁と欧州連合最高裁によればグレーマーケットの商品を買うのは違法ではないとされた。
