カリフォルニアカスザメ Squatina californica はカスザメ属に属するサメの一種。北東太平洋の沿岸の砂底に生息する。他のカスザメ類同様、平たい体と大きな胸鰭・腹鰭を持つ。本種の特徴としては1対の円錐形の髭を持つこと、胸鰭の先端の角度が小さいこと、灰色から茶色の体色に、多数の小さな黒斑があることが挙げられる。最大で1.5mになる。
