エスファンディヤール・ラヒーム・マシャーイー （ペルシア語: اسفندیار رحیممشایی, ラテン文字転写: Esfandiyār Raḥīm-Mashā'ī、1960年11月16日 -）は、ラームサル出身のイランの有力政治家で、マフムード・アフマディーネジャード大統領顧問。大統領の親密な友人として第一の相談相手となっている[1][2]。また、ラヒーム・マシャーイーの娘はアフマディーネジャードの息子に嫁いでおり縁戚関係にある[3]。2009年7月30日から2011年4月9日までは大統領府長官を務めた[4]。マシャーイーは「文化的・社会的問題についてリベラルな見解を持つ」プラグマティックな穏健保守派であり[5]、活発にナショナリスティックな思想や問題を追及し、イスラーム共和国の保守的体制を侮蔑して前イスラーム期のイランを強調する「宗教的ナショナリスト」であると評される[6]。
