モーション・ピクチャー・パテント・カンパニー（英語: Motion Picture Patents Company, 略称 MPPC、「映画特許会社」）は、1908年12月に当時のアメリカ合衆国の大手映画会社が組んだトラスト。別名、エジソン・トラスト（Edison Trust）、あるいはザ・トラストとも。映画撮影の特許多数を保有し、映画製作会社も経営していた発明王トーマス・エジソンが、活況を呈した映画業界を管理下に置き、利益を吸収するために形成したトラストであった。
