マイケル・ウィリアムズ（Michael Charles Williams, 1960年-）は、ウェールズ大学国際政治学部教授。専門は安全保障論。

カナダ・ヴィクトリア大学卒業後、クイーンズ大学で修士号、カナダ・ヨーク大学で博士号取得。1998年から現職。

批判的安全保障論（critical securitu studies）の一人。
