ウミスズメ科（ウミスズメか、Alcidae）はチドリ目に属する科。模式属はオオハシウミガラス属。飛翔力を有するが、多くの潜水性の鳥類とは異なり、ペンギンのように、足ではなく翼で水をかいて潜水する。
