嵐作戦（あらしさくせん、クロアチア語・ボスニア語・セルビア語:Operacija Oluja / Операција Олуја）は、クロアチア共和国軍を主体とし、ボスニア・ヘルツェゴビナ共和国軍の協力の下、クロアチア領内で事実上独立状態にあったクライナ・セルビア人共和国を奪還するための全面的軍事作戦のコードネームである。クライナ・セルビア人共和国は1991年以降、セルビア人の分離主義者によって事実上の独立国として統治され、クロアチアの支配権が及んでいなかった[2][3]。
