マダガスカルの音楽（マダガスカルのおんがく、Music of Madagascar）は、東南アジア、アフリカ、オセアニア、アラビア、イギリス、フランス、アメリカなど、先住民、移民、入植者がこの島を故郷とするにつれ、その多様性と独自性が形作られてきた^[1]。伝統的な楽器は、これらの広範な起源を反映している。マンドリニーやカボジはアラブやヨーロッパの船乗りがギターを持ち込んだことに由来し、ジャンベはアフリカ大陸で生まれ、マダガスカルの国楽器とされる竹筒琴のヴァリハは、オーストロネシアの入植者がアウトリガーカヌーで運んだ琴から直接発展したものである^[2]。
