ホールトン（英: Houlton）は、アメリカ合衆国メイン州の町。アルーストック郡の郡庁所在地である。人口は6,055人（2020年）。州間高速道路95号線の北端の町として知られる。また冷戦時代に子供の親善大使となったサマンサ・スミスの生誕地としても知られている。町では毎年ホールトン農業祭が開催されている。
