ホームズ郡（英: Holmes County）は、アメリカ合衆国オハイオ州の中央部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は42,366人であり、2000年の38,943人から8.8%増加した[2]。郡庁所在地はミラーズバーグ村（人口3,025人[3]）であり、同郡で人口最大の村でもある。
