ヘンダーソン（英: Henderson）は、アメリカ合衆国ケンタッキー州西部ヘンダーソン郡のオハイオ川沿いにあるケンタッキー州第2等級都市[2]であり、同郡の郡庁所在地でもある[3]。2010年（英語）国勢調査での人口は2万8,757 人[1]だった。インディアナ州に跨るエバンズビル大都市圏に属しており、造語で「ケンタッキアナ」あるいはイリノイ州にも近いので「3州地域」とも呼ばれる。エバンズビル最南端の都市圏として人口は5万8,702人（2018年）と州内の広域都市圏人口第12位、都市圏人口は同じく9位、周辺の小都市を合算する人口統計で州内14位である。
