ナッソー郡（Nassau County、[ˈnæsɔː]）は、アメリカ合衆国ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市郊外のロングアイランドに位置する郡である。ニューヨーク都市圏内にある。人口は139万5775人（2020年）。
